During the visit, we identify layout challenges, material needs, potential obstacles, and design opportunities. This helps avoid change orders and ensures your estimate is correct from the start.

• Visits: One 1 Visit for 30 minutes. After 30 Minutes is up, An extra $150 per hour

• Tasks: Up to 3 small tasks per visit (like changing light bulbs, tightening stuff, filter changes, minor repairs, or door fixes).

• Perks: Get booked fast (48–72 hours), no trip fee, and 10% off bigger jobs.

• Heads up: Doesn't cover specialty trades (like major electrical or plumbing). Materials cost extra, and extra time is billed at the hourly rate.

• Best for: Regular maintenance needs.

• Visits: One Service Call for 1 Hour.

• Tasks: Up to 5 minor or moderate tasks (includes everything in Lite, plus things like furniture assembly, TV mounting, gutter clearing (1-story), and fixture replacements).

• Perks: Faster booking (24–48 hours), 15% off bigger jobs, and a discount on emergency call-outs.

• Heads up: Visits are capped at 1 hour (extra time costs extra). Specialty trades and materials are billed separately.

• Best for: Landlords, Airbnbs, or anyone who wants everything handled.

• Visits: 1 visit for 2 hours of service.

• Tasks: We'll tackle anything you need within the time limit!

• Perks: Priority booking (within 24 hours), a massive 25% discount on major projects, and you get one emergency call-out for free each year. Also includes seasonal checks (like HVAC filters and exterior/safety checks).

• Heads up: Total time is capped at 2 hours per month. Materials cost extra, and large renovations will be quoted separately.
