HomeCare Mid ($99/mo)– Monthly PlanTerms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the HomeCare Mid subscription plan (“Plan”) offered by L&M Restore (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By enrolling in the Plan, the customer (“Client,” “you”) agrees to the following terms, which outline the scope of service, payment, and limitations.
-----1. Plan Overview & Included Services
The HomeCare Mid Plan is a monthly subscription service providing routine home maintenance, minor repair tasks, and priority support.

Suitable Tasks (Handyman-Level):
All tasks included in the “Basic” plan (if applicable)

Fixture replacements (non-specialty)
TV mounting
Weatherstripping
Gutter clearing for 1-story homes
-----2. Service Limitations & Exclusions
The Plan includes general handyman-level maintenance and repair tasks only.
2.1. Time & Task Limits
Each monthly visit includes up to 1 hour of labor. Time beyond 1 hour is billed at standard hourly rates.
A maximum of 5 eligible tasks may be completed per visit, subject to time limits and safety.
2.2. Specialty Work (Not Included)
Specialty trades are not included in this Plan and will be billed separately. These include, but are not limited to:
HVAC repairs
Plumbing requiring permits or shutoffs
Electrical work beyond fixture replacement
Roofing beyond minor repairs
Structural work
Appliance repairs beyond installation tasks
2.3. Materials
All materials, parts, components, or supplies are billed separately. The Client may provide their own materials, subject to safety acceptance by the technician.
2.4. Safety & Accessibility
The Company reserves the right to decline tasks that are unsafe, inaccessible, or outside the legal scope of work for a handyman.
-----3. Scheduling & Billing3.1. Payment
A subscription fee of $99/month is billed automatically.
Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Missed or late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
3.2. Visit Carryover
Monthly visits must be used within the billing cycle.
Unused visits do not roll over to the next month.
Tasks not completed due to time or scope limitations may be scheduled for a future visit at the Company’s discretion.
-----4. Cancellations, Liability, & Acceptance4.1. Cancellations & Changes
The Client may cancel the Plan at any time with written notice.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused service time or tasks.
The Company may update pricing or plan features with 30 days’ written notice.
4.2. Liability & Warranty
Work is performed to industry-standard handyman practices.
The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or code violations.
A warranty on workmanship is provided for 30 days, excluding customer-supplied materials.
4.3. Access & Service Area
The Client must ensure safe, lawful access to the property during scheduled visits.
Plan availability is limited to the Company’s active service areas. Visits outside these areas may incur additional travel fees or may be declined.
4.4. Agreement Acceptance
Enrollment in the HomeCare Mid Plan constitutes acceptance of all these Terms & Conditions.
