Perks: Get booked fast (48–72 hours), no trip fee, and 10% off bigger jobs.
Heads up: Doesn't cover specialty trades (like major electrical or plumbing). Materials cost extra, and extra time is billed at the hourly rate.
Best for: Regular maintenance needs.
Visits: Once a month (1 hour each).
Tasks: Up to 5 minor or moderate tasks (includes everything in Lite, plus things like furniture assembly, TV mounting, gutter clearing (1-story), and fixture replacements).
Perks: Faster booking (24–48 hours), 15% off bigger jobs, and a discount on emergency call-outs.
Heads up: Visits are capped at 1 hour (extra time costs extra). Specialty trades and materials are billed separately.
Best for: Landlords, Airbnbs, or anyone who wants everything handled.
Visits: Twice a month (1 hour each).
Tasks: We'll tackle anything you need within the time limit!
Perks: Priority booking (within 24 hours), a massive 25% discount on major projects, and you get one emergency call-out for free each year. Also includes seasonal checks (like HVAC filters and exterior/safety checks).
