HomeCare Lite ($49/month)
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the HomeCare Lite Basic Plan (“Plan”) provided by L&M Restore (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”) to the subscribing customer (“Client,” “You,” or “Subscriber”). By enrolling in this Plan, the Client agrees to the following terms:
1. Plan Overview
The HomeCare Lite Plan provides routine minor home maintenance services for a monthly subscription fee of $49 per month for 1 year. This Plan is designed for low-maintenance needs and includes scheduled visits, priority booking, and discounts on qualifying projects.
2. Services Included
2.1 Scheduled Visits
Client receives 1 scheduled visit every 2 months (approximately 6 visits per year).
Each visit includes up to 30 minutes of service time.
2.2 Included Tasks (Choose up to 3 per visit)
Tasks may include:
Light bulb replacement
Tightening loose fixtures
Minor caulking
Filter replacements
Door adjustments
Small patch repairs (minor surface touch-ups)
2.3 Priority Booking
HomeCare Lite Subscribers receive 48–72 hour priority scheduling (excluding weekends and holidays).
2.4 Additional Benefits
No trip fee for included visits
10% discount on larger repair or renovation projects
Discount applies to labor only unless otherwise specified
Cannot be combined with other promotions
3. Service Limitations
The Plan covers minor handyman tasks only. It does NOT include:
3.1 Specialty Trades
Electrical work beyond basic bulb/fixture tightening
Plumbing work beyond basic adjustments
HVAC or appliance repair
Roofing, structural work, or dangerous tasks requiring special equipment
3.2 Materials
Materials, parts, and consumables are billed separately before the appointment is scheduled.
Client may provide their own materials if approved in advance
3.3 Time Overages
Visits exceeding the included 30 minutes are billed at the Company’s standard hourly rate at $150.00 an hour.
Additional time must be agreed upon before work continues
4. Scheduling & Access
Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property during the scheduled visit window
Missed appointments may result in a rescheduling fee of $75.00 Dollars
Priority scheduling applies only to tasks covered under this Plan
5. Payment Terms
The plan is billed monthly on the date of enrollment for 1 year.
Payments are non-refundable once billed
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension until account is current.
6. Plan Changes & Cancellation
6.1 Client Cancellation
Client may cancel anytime with 14-day notice
Cancellation does not refund unused portions of the month
6.2 Company Cancellation
L&M Restore reserves the right to cancel the subscription for:
Unsafe job conditions
Misuse of the Plan
Repeated missed appointments
Non-payment
7. Liability & Limitations
L&M Restore is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our work
Work performed is covered under our standard workmanship policy
Specialty, hazardous, or structurally involved tasks are strictly excluded from this Plan
